Thank you for visiting and shopping at Burn Notice Engraving & Wood Creations! We take immense pride in crafting your custom woodworks, personalized engravings, and apparel. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing & Production

Standard Shop Items: Orders for non-customized products are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Custom & Engraved Items: Because our custom woodwork (such as tables, benches, and charcuterie boards), is personalized and made-to-order, standard custom pieces generally require 2–4 weeks to craft before shipping, varying based on job size.
Note: Production timelines will be detailed and confirmed with you during your custom project quote and consultation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, or included directly in your custom order invoice.

Local Pickup: We offer free local pickup for our customers near Stratford, ON. Select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we will contact you via email or phone to arrange a convenient pickup time once your order is ready.
Domestic & International Shipping: We ship across Canada and to the United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on carrier volume and customs processing for international orders.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Burn Notice Engraving & Wood Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We package our handcrafted items securely to ensure safe transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@burnnoticecreations.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include clear photos of the packaging and product so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

At Burn Notice Engraving & Wood Creations, we stand behind the quality, passion, and craftsmanship of our work. Because a significant portion of our products are personalized, custom-built, or made-to-order, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Custom & Personalized Orders

All sales are final on custom woodworks (including custom tables, benches, shelving, and charcuterie boards), custom-engraved items, and customized/branded apparel.
Because these items are uniquely designed to resonate with your individual style or feature specific branding, they cannot be resold and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part.
Please carefully review all design proofs, dimensions, spelling, and mockups provided during your consultation before finalizing your order.
